Why do we sing? Well, it’s what we do while all the latecomers are getting in and situated, right?. And also, it’s the filler between Sunday School and the message. Or is it more than that?
And while singing in church is important, it certainly isn’t the only place we should sing.
Merle asked (and tried to answer) a number of questions: What is singing? Why sing? What precedent do we have in scripture for singing? What should we sing? When should we sing? How should we sing?
