What can happen when you blow a tire at almost 120 miles an hour? In Josh’s case, his vehicle turned end for end in the median and he got thrown out and ended up face-down in the mud with a broken neck. By happenchance (happenchance??) several medical people were the first ones on the scene. A dull hunting knife and a ballpoint pen were key items that figured into his survival.
And an ambulance crew on their way back home from another call just happened to be in the vicinity.
